Our network

JCHost is currently located in Kansas City, MO and Toronto Canada. In Kansas City we are connected with 3 bandwidth providers: Level3, Cogent and Hurricane Electric. We run our own switching and routing (BGP) here in Kansas City. We currently have 100mbit feeds from all three providers and plan to upgrade to gigabyte connections in the near future with Hurricane Electric as we continue to expand. We are also proud to announce IPv6 offering on the Hurricane Electric connectivity as their entire network is IPv6-ready.

JCHost also peers with KCIX.net in Kansas City. Many providers in Kansas City use KCIX.net to do traffic between each other to reduce bandwidth fees. Traffic running over KCIX.net is not billed. Check out their website for a list of providers currently peering in! With KCIX.net we can work with other data centers providers to provide you with servers in other facilities that you can do traffic with free of charge to do backups or clustering with low latency connections.
